Subscription billing

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis.

Account activation fee

  • A $98 one-time activation fee is charged per account.
  • This fee covers manual provisioning and initial account setup.
  • The activation fee is non-recurring and non-refundable once provisioning begins.

Usage limits & overages

  • Email sending includes up to 10,000 emails per month.
  • Email overages may be billed separately based on usage.
  • SMS, MMS, and calling services are usage-based and billed separately.

Clients are responsible for carrier-related costs associated with messaging and calling services.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund charges.
  • Access typically remains available through the end of the current billing period.
  • Unpaid balances may result in access suspension until resolved.

Refunds

Due to the nature of subscription-based platform access and manual provisioning, refunds are limited.

  • Activation fees are non-refundable once provisioning begins.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
  • Usage-based charges are non-refundable once incurred.

Billing disputes must be submitted promptly and include relevant invoice details.

Is the activation fee charged more than once?

The activation fee is charged once per account. New accounts may require a new activation fee.

What happens after I cancel?

Your subscription will not renew, and access generally continues until the end of the billing period.

Can I receive a refund?

Refunds are limited as outlined above. Activation and subscription charges are generally non-refundable.
