Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your billing date is set by the date of your first payment and recurs on that day each month. The one-time $44 activation fee is charged once at signup and is non-refundable.
To cancel your subscription, submit a written cancellation request through the Support Center. Cancellation requests submitted through any other channel may not be processed. We recommend submitting your request before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your Account through the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial-period or prorated refunds.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed, regardless of usage during the billing period. The activation fee is non-refundable.
If a payment fails, we may re-attempt the charge. If payment cannot be collected, access to your Account may be restricted until the balance is resolved. Extended non-payment may result in cancellation.
Following cancellation and the end of your final billing period, platform access is discontinued. Your Account data will be retained for thirty (30) days after that date, during which time you may contact support to request a data export. After thirty (30) days, your data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
We strongly recommend exporting any contacts, workflows, or content you need before your cancellation takes effect.
You may upgrade your plan at any time; the new rate applies from your next billing date. Contact and user add-ons are available without a full upgrade — contact support for options. If you reach your plan's limits, automatic upgrade terms apply as described in the Terms & Conditions.
If you cancel and later resubscribe, the Founding Member rate may no longer be available. Founding pricing is limited to the first 44 accounts and, once the program closes, cannot be reinstated. Standard rates for each plan are: Starter $88/mo, Growth $148/mo, Pro $198/mo.
