A one-time, non-refundable account activation fee of $44 is required for all new accounts. This fee covers manual provisioning and initial account setup. It is charged once at signup and is not credited toward subscription fees under any circumstances.
Subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly on the date of your first payment, or annually on your subscription anniversary date.
Founding Member Pricing: Founding member rates vary by plan (Solopreneur $28/mo, Starter $44/mo, Growth $88/mo, Pro $148/mo) and are locked for your first full year. After 12 months, your subscription automatically switches to the standard rate for your plan. This is automatic — no action is required on your part. No extensions or exceptions will be granted.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed. Partial-month or partial-year refunds are not provided regardless of usage. If you cancel mid-period, you retain access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
If your account reaches its contact or user limit, you will receive an email notification. You will have 5 business days to either purchase an add-on or upgrade your plan. If no action is taken within that window, your account will be automatically upgraded to the next plan tier and billed at the applicable rate on your next billing date. You will not lose access to your account or data during this period.
If a subscription payment fails, platform access may be temporarily restricted until the billing issue is resolved. We will attempt to notify you via the email address on file. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Repeated failed payments or prolonged non-payment may result in account suspension or permanent cancellation.
To cancel your subscription, submit a cancellation request through the support center or contact page. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full platform access through that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time. Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period.
Following cancellation and the end of your billing period, platform access is discontinued. Data retention beyond account closure is not guaranteed. We strongly recommend exporting any contacts, workflows, or content you need before your cancellation takes effect. Data may be permanently deleted within 30 days after the end of your final billing period.
Email overages, SMS, MMS, and calling services are billed separately based on actual usage and are not included in your subscription. Any outstanding usage-based charges at the time of cancellation remain due and will be billed separately.
Savvy Foundations does not offer refunds on subscription fees or activation fees. All fees are clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. In exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, we may issue account credits — not cash refunds — for documented platform outages directly attributable to Savvy Foundations.
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge through the support center. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension. We will respond to all payment processor disputes with full documentation.
Savvy Foundations reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, policy violations, or abuse of the platform. Suspended accounts are not eligible for refunds on fees already paid.
We may update this Cancellation & Billing Policy from time to time. Updated policies will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
