4.Your Contacts' Data & Our Role

When you use the Platform to store and manage information about your own customers and contacts, you act as the controller of that data and Savvy Foundations acts as a processor on your behalf. We process your contacts' data only to provide the Services to you and in accordance with your instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process your contacts' data and for providing any required notices to them.

5.Sharing & Service Providers

We share information only as needed to operate the Services — for example, with payment processors, hosting and infrastructure providers, and communication carriers that deliver email, SMS, and voice. These providers are authorized to use the information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information where required by law.

6.Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your subscription is active. Following cancellation, Account data is retained for thirty (30) days and then permanently deleted, as described in our Cancellation & Billing Policy.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8.Your Rights
