These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Savvy Foundations Platform Access.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing, purchasing, or using Savvy Foundations Platform Access, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Cancellation & Billing Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.

Service description

Savvy Foundations provides subscription-based, hosted access to a CRM platform. Platform access is provided subject to plan limits, usage-based billing where applicable, and ongoing subscription requirements.

  • One CRM account per active subscription
  • Up to 5 users per account unless otherwise stated
  • Email sending subject to monthly usage limits
  • Messaging and calling services billed separately

Client-managed platform access

Savvy Foundations provides hosted platform access only. Clients are fully responsible for building, configuring, testing, and maintaining all workflows, automations, campaigns, data, and content within their account.

Savvy Foundations does not provide done-for-you setup, implementation services, troubleshooting of client-created automations, data migration, or configuration support unless expressly contracted in writing.

Account setup & access

Accounts are provisioned manually. Access is typically granted within one (1) business day after successful payment and account activation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Platform access remains active only while your subscription is paid and in good standing.

Fees & payments

  • Monthly subscription fee: $148 per month
  • Annual subscription fee: $1,480 per year
  • $98 one-time account activation fee per account
  • Usage-based charges billed separately

All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated below.

Refunds & cancellations

New subscriptions include a seven (7) day refund window from the date of account activation. Refunds are not available after this period or for subscription renewals.

Account activation fees are non-refundable once provisioning has occurred. Clients may cancel at any time through their billing portal.

Support & service levels

Support is limited to platform access issues and general navigation guidance. Savvy Foundations does not provide technical troubleshooting of client-built workflows, automations, campaigns, or integrations.

Support responses are typically provided within one to two (1–2) business days.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, violate applicable laws, or engage in activities that may harm the platform, other users, or third parties.

  • No spam, abuse, or unlawful messaging
  • No attempts to bypass usage limits or billing controls
  • No unauthorized system access or interference

Data ownership & privacy

You retain full ownership of all data, content, and assets created within your account. Savvy Foundations provides hosting infrastructure only and does not claim ownership of client data.

Data is hosted on secure third-party infrastructure and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Upon cancellation or termination, clients are responsible for exporting any data they wish to retain prior to account closure. Savvy Foundations is not obligated to provide data exports after termination.

Suspension & non-payment

Accounts with failed payments may be retried automatically. Access may be suspended after fourteen (14) days of non-payment. Accounts and associated data may be permanently deleted after thirty (30) days of non-payment.

Limitation of liability

Savvy Foundations is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Modifications to terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
