By subscribing to, accessing, or using Savvy Foundations platform services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform or services.
Savvy Foundations provides subscription-based, hosted access to its CRM platform. Access is provisioned manually and granted within 1 business day of purchase and payment of the one-time activation fee. Platform access is subject to an active subscription in good standing and compliance with these terms.
Access is provided on a self-managed basis. No setup, implementation, consulting, or done-for-you services are included with platform access.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All fees are billed in advance.
A one-time, non-refundable account activation fee of $98 is required for all new accounts. This fee covers manual provisioning and initial account setup and is separate from your subscription fee.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed. Partial-period refunds are not provided. All pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.
You agree to use the Savvy Foundations platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the platform to:
Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Each account includes up to 5 users and 10,000 emails per month. Email overages above the included limit are billed separately based on actual usage. Messaging, calling, and SMS services are not included in platform access and are billed separately based on carrier usage.
Additional users and upgraded limits may be available — contact support to discuss options.
Savvy Foundations reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to non-payment, excessive usage, policy violations, or abuse of the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice before suspension where possible.
Upon termination, access to the platform is discontinued. Data retention following termination is governed by the Cancellation & Billing Policy.
The Savvy Foundations platform, branding, website, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Savvy Foundations. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license to use the platform as described herein.
You retain ownership of all content and data you create or upload within your CRM account.
Savvy Foundations is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data preservation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Savvy Foundations and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of material changes.
