Founding Member Terms

1.The Founding Member Program

The Founding Member Program offers reduced subscription pricing to the first forty-four (44) accounts that subscribe to Savvy Foundations. These forty-four (44) founding positions are shared across all plans combined — they are not allocated per plan. Founding pricing is a limited, one-time offer.

2.Eligibility

Founding Member pricing is available to:

• New Savvy Foundations subscribers only;
• The first forty-four (44) accounts successfully subscribed using the applicable founding coupon code for the plan selected, as published on that plan's order page;
• Accounts in good standing at the time of activation.

The forty-four (44) available founding positions are shared across all plans and all founding coupon codes. Founding positions are not allocated per plan.

3.Founding Pricing

A one-time $44 activation fee applies to all new accounts and is not reduced by any founding coupon code.

4.Duration & Automatic Continuation

Founding rates apply for the first twelve (12) monthly billing cycles from the date of account activation. After the twelfth billing cycle, your subscription automatically continues at the then-current standard rate for your plan, billed to your payment method on file.

This policy serves as your disclosure of the automatic transition to standard pricing at the end of the founding period.

5.Availability & Limits

Founding Member pricing is limited to a total of forty-four (44) accounts across all plans combined. Once forty-four (44) accounts have been activated using any founding coupon code, the Founding Member Program closes permanently and all founding coupon codes are deactivated. No additional founding accounts will be created after this point.

Savvy Foundations reserves the right to verify eligibility and to revoke founding member status from any account found to have obtained it through fraudulent means, including the use of a founding coupon code on a plan for which it was not issued.

6.Plan Upgrades & the Founding Discount

A founding coupon applies one time, to the plan on which it was first used. If you upgrade to a higher plan — whether by your own request or automatically upon reaching your plan's limits — the upgraded plan is billed at its standard rate. The founding discount does not carry over to the upgraded plan.

7.Non-Transferable

Founding pricing is non-transferable and applies only to the subscribing account. It may not be sold, assigned, or transferred to another party.

8.Relationship to the Terms & Conditions

These Founding Member Terms supplement our Terms & Conditions and apply specifically to founding pricing and eligibility. All other aspects of your subscription are governed by the Terms & Conditions, Cancellation & Billing Policy, and Privacy Policy.
