Common questions

What does the founding rate include?

Your founding rate is locked in for your first year from your activation date. After twelve monthly billing cycles, your plan continues at the standard rate shown on each plan above. Founding pricing is limited to the first 44 accounts across all plans combined.

Is there really no difference in features between plans?

Correct. Starter, Growth, and Pro all include every platform feature. The only difference is how many contacts and users each plan supports.

What's the activation fee for?

The one-time $44 activation fee covers manual provisioning and setup of your branded platform. It's charged once at signup and is separate from your monthly subscription.

What happens if I hit my contact or user limit?

We'll email you first. You'll have 5 business days to add an add-on or upgrade. If no action is taken, your account moves to the next plan tier so you never lose access. You can add contacts or users without a full upgrade — contact support for options.

Are messaging and calling included?

Platform access includes email. SMS, MMS, and voice are billed separately based on carrier usage — you pay carrier costs directly.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Billing is monthly with no contracts. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. See our Cancellation & Billing policy for details.
