Your founding rate is applied automatically at checkout. A one-time $44 activation fee covers manual setup of your branded account.
Every account is provisioned by hand and branded to your business. This isn't a self-serve signup where you're dropped into an empty dashboard — we set it up and hand it over ready to use.
Your login details arrive by email within 1 business day of signup.

Need more room? Add contacts or users without a full plan change — contact support for add-on options.
If you reach your plan's contact or user limit, we'll email you first. You'll have 5 business days to add an add-on or upgrade. If no action is taken, your account moves up to the next plan tier so you never lose access — billed at that tier's rate on your next billing date.
Platform access includes email. SMS, MMS, and voice are billed separately based on carrier usage — you pay carrier costs directly. This keeps your base rate flat and predictable.
