How the platform
access works.

Savvy Foundations provides subscription-based, hosted access to a powerful CRM platform. Accounts are provisioned manually and access is granted within 1 business day.

Purchase & Activate

Choose your plan and complete checkout. A one-time $44 activation fee is required for all new accounts.

Manual Account Setup

Your Savvy Foundations CRM account is created and provisioned by hand — based on your selected plan.

Limits vary by plan: 1 (Solopreneur) · 5 (Starter) · 10 (Growth) · 20 (Pro). User add-ons available.

SMS / MMS / Calls

Not included. Messaging and calling services are usage-based and billed separately. You pay carrier costs directly.

Platform Features

All plans include 34 platform tools. Solopreneur includes 27 core tools. No feature gates on Starter, Growth, or Pro.

  • Access is provided on a subscription basis and requires an active, paid account.
  • Accounts are provisioned and managed manually.
  • Failed or overdue payments may result in temporary access restriction.
  • Messaging and calling services are billed separately based on carrier usage.
  • Savvy Foundations reserves the right to pause or suspend access for policy or billing violations.

Contact & User Limit Policy

If your account reaches its contact or user limit, you will receive an email notification. You will have 5 business days to purchase an add-on or upgrade your plan. If no action is taken, your account will be automatically upgraded to the next plan tier and billed at the applicable rate on your next billing date. You will not lose access to your account or data during this period.

How long does it take to get access?
Access is granted within 1 business day after purchase and activation fee payment.
Is there an activation fee?
Yes. A $44 one-time account activation fee is required for all new accounts. It is never charged again.
Is custom setup or consulting included?
No. Platform access does not include custom setup, implementation, consulting, or strategy services.
What happens if a payment fails?
If a subscription payment fails, access may be temporarily restricted until billing is resolved.
Can I add contacts or users without upgrading?
Yes — contact and user add-on bundles are available for any plan. See the pricing page for options.
