How the platform access works

Savvy Foundations provides subscription-based, hosted access to the Savvy Foundations CRM platform. Accounts are provisioned manually and include access to core CRM functionality within the limits of your plan while your subscription remains active.

Access is granted within 1 business day after purchase. A $98 one-time activation fee is required. Ongoing access is subject to billing status and usage limits.

Plan limits & billing

Users

Includes up to 5 users per account.

Email sending

Includes up to 10,000 emails per month. Usage is monitored and overages may be billed separately.

SMS / MMS / Calls

Messaging and calling services are usage-based, billed separately, and not included in this plan.

Platform access does not include custom setup, consulting, or implementation services.

  • Accounts are provisioned and managed manually prior to full SaaS automation.
  • Failed or overdue payments may result in temporary access restriction.
  • Email usage is monitored monthly and may incur additional charges if limits are exceeded.
  • Messaging and calling services are billed separately based on carrier usage.
  • Savvy Foundations reserves the right to pause or suspend access for policy or billing violations.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these rules and related policies.

How long does it take to get access?

Is there an activation fee?

Yes. A $98 one-time account activation fee is required for all new accounts.

What’s included with platform access?

Platform access includes one hosted CRM account, up to 5 users, access to all core CRM modules listed on this page, and up to 10,000 emails per month.

Is custom setup or consulting included?

No. Platform access does not include custom setup, implementation, consulting, or strategy services.

What happens if I exceed the email sending limit?

Email usage is monitored monthly. If you exceed the included 10,000 emails per month, overages may be billed separately based on actual usage.

Are texting, calling, or messaging included?

No. SMS, MMS, and calling services are not included in platform access. These services are usage-based and billed separately. Clients are responsible for carrier-related costs.

What happens if a payment fails?

If a subscription payment fails, access may be temporarily restricted until billing is resolved. Continued non-payment may result in account suspension or cancellation.

Can my account be suspended?

Yes. Accounts may be paused or suspended due to non-payment, excessive usage, or policy violations, in accordance with published terms and billing policies.

What happens when I cancel my subscription?

When a subscription is canceled, platform access is discontinued at the end of the billing period. Data retention and access are governed by the Cancellation & Billing Policy.

Is uninterrupted service guaranteed?

No. While Savvy Foundations aims to provide reliable access, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, and enforcement actions may occur as needed.
